Week 5: Research from Previous Related Project

 

Objective:

Research from related article or research paper from the previous project

 

Description:

After submission of project proposal has been made, students are required to continue the research and prepare for proposal defense (if required). Proposal defense is for the project that has less understanding if I'm not mistaken. It is for the students to explain their self on what the project is about.

Continue to research related projects, I started to list down the possibilities of other hardware. Whether I need to use gyroscope? Or do I need to use internet? It's all about why and what if. It is for the possibilities that may need to be researched on for future purposes.

Some related project can be on my project, but some are not. Some project has more than what I want to do, and some project has less thing I want to do. Based on the related research project, I have made a table out of it to start comparing them. Then I tried to list down what is best for my project.

 

Conclusion:

I have found some related and non-related article and research paper to my project. It can be reference for my project before making full report proposal.

WEEK 11: CONTINUE WITH CHAPTER 3

  Week 11: Submit Chapter 1 & 2 and Continue with Chapter 3   Objective: Submit Chapter 1 and 2 to supervisor Complete Chapter 3   Description: After finished draft on Chapter 1 and 2, this week I continue with Chapter 3 which is Methodology. In this chapter, first I need to choose what methodology model I should use. After survey, some project report from previous report, I choose Iterative Waterfall Model. With this model I can turn back 1 phase before to change the design or architecture of the project.   As for diagram, I was thinking to start design next week. This week I will finish other part of Chapter 3 that is Project resource, Budget and costing, and WBS. Conclusion: I have complete part of Chapter 3. Next week I need to finish all the design.
